EXPERIENCE AN ELECTRIC BIKING
The electrically-assisted bicycle (EAB) is a real opportunity to get back in the saddle: this bike has an electric motor and a battery that supplies the energy needed to assist pedalling, in a way that varies according to effort and speed. Electric assistance increases pedalling power and stops at speeds above 25 km/h.
2 electrically-assisted bicycles are available for rental from the Nassogne Tourist Office.
- Charge: €15/day; €8/half a day.
- A helmet, bag and removable lock are supplied with each bike.
- A deposit of €100/bike and a driving licence must be deposited at the time of rental.
- The general terms and conditions for hiring a VAE will apply.
A rental contract listing the equipment rented and the amount paid will be signed by both sides. In addition to the deposit, the borrower must leave either his driving licence or his car keys ..... This item will be returned when the equipment is returned in perfect condition.
The rental price and the deposit are payable in cash before the borrower picks up the rented goods. A copy of the rental contract signed by both sides will be provided as proof of payment.
For rentals of one day or more, and as long as this is stated in the rental contract, the equipment may be returned the day after the end of the rental period, subject to agreement. In this case, the borrower undertakes to return the batteries fully charged and the bike(s) clean.
